David Duchovny is as eerie as his TV show. Fox's "The X-Files" actor is starring in his first feature film tentatively titled "Playing God" and an on-the-set interview in Malibu on Monday's "Showbiz Today" was heavier on fiction than fact. When asked about his cult show's move this fall from Fridays to Sundays, Duchovny said everything about "X-Files" is changing. According to Duchovny's wit, he and co-star Gillian Anderson "get married and have a young child."
The series will then "be centered not around murders but around a preschool." And if you haven't stopped laughing yet: "I auditioned for 'Twister' but it was a dramatization of the board game. Right hand red, left hand blue
" This much we do know for sure: In "Playing God," Duchovny portrays a man pretending to have a medical degree.
